3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rocketedgetrading.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Investment risk disclosure

All investments carry risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Projected returns are targets, not guarantees, and actual returns may vary based on market conditions.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after network or bank confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes disclosed on the Service. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for compliance review where required by applicable law.

6. Fees

There are no platform or withdrawal fees. Third-party network and banking fees, where they apply, are covered by Rocket Edge Trading.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, defraud any person, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, present fraud or compliance risk, or as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Edge Trading is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
